Lasting Powers of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document authorising someone to make decisions on your behalf about your welfare property or affairs and is particularly useful when you are not able to make your own decisions due to some incapacity whether mental or physical.
If you lose mental capacity in some way or are incapable of making your own decisions then a Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone you can trust to make decisions for you.
